As an ARCH accredited and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and experienced counselling therapist, I help clients overcome anxiety, insomnia, phobias and PTSD through online and in-person hypnotherapy in Calgary. Through individualized, evidence-based, trauma-informed hypnosis, I support women in healing from the past, finding peace in the present, and building more intentional and joyful lives for themselves.
