We had a very disappointing experience with this company. They placed an embroidery order and told us it was extremely urgent. Even though we normally don't work on Saturdays, we agreed to come in and complete the order as a courtesy. The person who identified himself as Miller Mitchell, Service Director, said he did not have the money to pay at the time and promised to pay when picking up the order. When he arrived, he falsely told our front desk employee that the invoice had already been paid and left with the merchandise without making any payment. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to accommodate their urgent request, we were left unpaid. Businesses should exercise caution and make sure payment is received before releasing any products.

Questionable business on many accounts. I gave this shop a set of brake calipers that needed to be repainted. It took them 8 weeks to deliver me a substandard product. This should have taken 1 week at most. I was originally charged $540 for the job, but they bumped it to $750 due to some material costs and still gave me a poor product. I received calipers that had over-spray on mating surfaces, missing hydraulic seals, seized bleeder valves, and an inconsistent finish. I was given endless talk about how expensive the paint was and how much of a deal he gave me. At one point, my patience returned and this business still betrayed me. All the seals that were ruined and lost could only be replaced by them only if I paid him $275. He is very convincing, but cannot deliver.

The fastest Machine Shop I ever worked in Texas one of the best they had my job finish overnight. The shop manager is the best guys to deal with it. I really recommend this shop the best.
