Jessy Cecil, MSN, ED, APRN, PMHNP-BC. CEO and Founder of JCV Behavioral Health Services Best Healthcare for You Jessy Cecil is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of extensive nursing experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing degree from University of Phoenix, and Post-Master’s certification in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University. Her approach is holistic and patient-centered care in collaboration with other healthcare providers. She places patients’ safety as the priority in addition to quality and cost-effectiveness. She believes that not one size fits all. Therefore, she partners with patients, families, and other interdisciplinary team members to formulate an individualized care plan with a better understanding of patients’ values, cultures, preferences, and needs.
