International Drill Guide, Inc. manufactures flexible gun drill support bushings and chip box seals for gun drill machines. Bushings are available in several styles to fit any gun drill machine in the world. SnapGuide ® bushings are held in the bearing with a retainer ring and are used in the chip box as well as the mid span support. They are stocked for all sizes of single flute gun drills, several sizes of two flute gun drills, all gun reamer sizes, BTA and STS drills. Drill Guide flexible support bushings are held in the bearing with a molded in retainer flange and is our oldest product. These bushings also are stocked for all single flute gun drill sizes, many two flute sizes, miscellaneous gun reamer sizes, as well as all BTA and STS drill sizes. Specials available by request. Chip Deflectors are stocked for all single flute drill sizes and seal the chip box, providing no drill support. They can also be used in front of a flexible support bushing to improve life.
