Joseph White was originally born in Cincinnati, Ohio but spent most of his life in Florida, in the Tampa area. He earned his undergraduate and medical degree at the University of South Florida, and then went on to do his residency in Illinois. Dr. White knew from the beginning of his medical journey that he wanted to work in surgery. He was especially attracted by the instruments and tools involved in ENT.
