I provide trauma-informed counseling for adults, teens, and children ages 6 and older, with in-person sessions in Hendersonville, NC, and secure online therapy throughout North Carolina. I help clients work through trauma and PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and draw on CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed skills to tailor therapy to your needs.
