Worst experience! If you value professionalism, honesty, and respectful treatment, I would strongly recommend elsewhere. One of the most stressful experiences I've ever had. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and often hostile. Instead of working with me professionally, they created unnecessary conflict and repeatedly escalated situations that could have been handled calmly and respectfully.

Avoid. They charge for a full hour and you get closer to 40 minutes with many interruptions and personal calls/texts. Not worth it.
