Fierce Fitness was created to meet the needs of anyone trying to improve their level of fitness, challenge themselves, or try something new. I offer Personal Training sessions, group exercise classes, Boot Camp, Competition Prep, Powerlifting, and Nutritional Services. My mission is to empower women to become the best versions of themselves. Of course, I want my clients to look great but my greatest desire is that they will learn far more about themselves, like self discipline, courage, and determination. I want them to find Beauty in Strength.
