Classic bait and switch company. The sales team will tell you everything you want to hear: delivery in 1-2 days, reasonable quote, professional and friendly. Moving day will be a nightmare. Extremely unprofessional crew, adding charges left and right, and then comes the delivery. It's been over 4 days and still no update on when we will receive our delivery. Phone calls are not returned, emails are not responded to, and extremely unprofessional on the phone if you can even get them to answer (good luck). Beware beware beware

I rarely leave negative reviews--in fact, this is the first one I have ever written--but after my experience with Titan Moving Group, I feel obligated to warn others. The biggest issues throughout this process have been poor communication, missed delivery timelines, and repeated promises that were never honored. When I first received my estimate, I was told shipping our household belongings from Wisconsin to Utah would take about one week. Shortly before pickup, a Titan Moving Group employee named Frank called to collect our pre-pickup payment. During that call, he initially told me delivery could take up to 14 business days after our "first available date," which would have left my family without our belongings for more than three weeks after arriving in Utah. I explained that timeline would not work because my wife was starting a new job on July 1 and that I would rather rent a truck and move everything myself. Frank placed me on hold to speak with his manager, then returned and assured me they could deliver our shipment within 7-14 days of pickup (June 15), specifically promising it would arrive before July 1. Based on that assurance, I agreed to proceed and paid Titan Moving Group. Unfortunately, those promises were never kept. After our belongings were picked up, we called Titan Moving Group customer service line every day for more than three weeks, leaving voicemails each time. Their recording promises a callback within 24 hours, yet we never received a single return call. We also sent numerous emails and repeatedly contacted the sales department, where we were continually told a manager would call us. No manager ever did. Whenever we questioned the missed delivery timeline, we were simply told, "It doesn't matter what Frank told you. The contract says we have up to 30 business days to deliver." Rather than acknowledging the verbal promises that influenced our decision to hire them, they repeatedly hid behind the fine print of the contract. Communication throughout the process was unacceptable. The tracking portal listed July 9 as the latest delivery date, which passed without delivery or explanation. We were also told the promised GPS tracking was unavailable because their system was "broken." During one conversation, a representative admitted the company currently had no managers because they had recently resigned, leaving no meaningful way to escalate customer concerns. Instead, delays were blamed on staffing issues, the holiday weekend, the busy season, and Utah being a difficult delivery destination--none of which were mentioned during the sales process. Another major disappointment was learning that Titan Moving Group did not even complete the delivery themselves. One of the reasons we chose them over a moving broker was because we were told they used their own employees and trucks throughout the move. Instead, the driver who contacted us worked for a third-party carrier contracted by Titan Moving Group, and our final payment was made to that company instead. The most frustrating part of this experience was the stark contrast between the sales department and customer service. Sales representatives were always available to answer calls, collect payment, and make reassuring promises. Once our belongings were in Titan Moving Group possession, communication essentially disappeared. We spent nearly a month in a new state without our furniture, clothing, and household essentials while being met with excuses instead of accountability. Based on my experience, the service we actually received was dramatically different from what was promised when we agreed to hire Titan Moving Group. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning a long-distance move.

Do not use this company. Quoted me around $1,500, ended up charging over $2,700. Took over 3 weeks to deliver after my requested delivery date. Poor communication throughout - at times took days to respond to calls and emails. Upon move in they tried to add a bunch of fees (for example elevator charge when contract explicitly said no elevator charge, added a long carry fee when they told me that was only from truck to building). Everything was an argument. I never leave reviews, please trust me you do not want to use this company

This company will scam you by the switch and bait sales tactic. Then, after you agree to pay them more in order to get your stuff, they come back and say they need even more money from you. If you don't pay the inflated amount, they threaten legal action. Titan Moving Group is the worst in the business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this shipping company. I paid over $12,000 for an international move and received the worst service imaginable. You can't even call it service--it was an absolute nightmare. One of the container upon arrival, only the cheaper perfumes were left inside. The high-end, niche perfumes over $2500 worth were completely removed, and what's worse, the bags had been cut open--not from the seal, indicating clear tampering. Whoever took the items seemed to know exactly what they were doing, as only the expensive fragrances were targeted. There was no documentation of removal from the Custom, so clearly someone else removed them. To make matters worse, the one of the Airtags I had attached to the shipment was missing. This kind of unauthorized removal and tampering is unacceptable, and I would highly advise anyone considering this service to be cautious. To make things worse, customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. They don't respond or reply with attitude. One representative even hung up on me because she couldn't handle talking to two people at once. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a moving company. My shipment arrived much later than promised, forcing me to live without my personal belongings for days. When I contacted customer support, they couldn't provide any useful updates and simply told me to keep waiting. Once my items finally arrived, I discovered that several valuable possessions were missing. Rather than apologizing or taking responsibility, they asked me to handle the shipping arrangements myself and offered only partial reimbursement. It wasn't until I repeatedly complained and demanded to speak with management that they finally agreed to resolve the issue. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service made an already stressful move even worse.

I am very unhappy with the service I received. The moving team did not seem prepared for the job. They ignored several instructions regarding fragile belongings. The packing quality was below average, and some items were damaged. The staff appeared uninterested in resolving problems. Communication was inconsistent throughout the move. The entire process took much longer than expected. I felt disappointed with the overall experience. The price was too high for the service provided. I would not recommend this company.

I honestly don't think another moving company could outperform these guys. Highly, highly recommended.

Offered to pack our house and move it cross country for $14k. 2 days prior they said they never offered to pack and now it will be $29K for the job. I swear on my family's lives we had an agreement and they changed it last minute putting us over a barrel. Please please stay away from the scammers.
