Welcome to Hudson Valley Swim of the Main Line! We are thrilled to introduce our premium swim school, proudly owned and operated by Jen Welcome to Hudson Valley Swim of the Main Line! We are thrilled to introduce our premium swim school, proudly owned and operated by Jen Lang. Jen joined the Hudson Valley Swim family to make a meaningful impact by offering exceptional swimming lessons to individuals of all ages, starting as young as 4 months old. Her commitment to saving lives through water safety drives every aspect of the school's mission. Jen's love for swimming began in her childhood, spending countless summers by the ocean and in the pool. While at Penn State, she deepened her connection to the water through swimming and lifeguarding courses.
