NOW OFFERING SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS! Welcome to Happie Soul Wellness with Cristina Dunbar, an award-winning massage therapist and Weight Loss Specialist, Reiki Master Teacher, and certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage expert in Mechanicsburg. A quick Google search for “massage” gives you surface-level info—maybe it relaxes you, helps with pain, or feels like a treat. But what’s really driving you to seek it? Is it anxiety that won't shut off? Is your nervous system in fight-or-flight all day? Are you tossing and turning at night, chasing rest that never comes? The truth is, just like there's no one pill to fix every problem, there’s no single massage technique that works for everyone. That’s where I come in.
