The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17. At USA Ninja Challenge, we’ve created a fun, challenging environment that boosts confidence and keeps kids moving at a level where they’re comfortable. Our unique program focuses on proper muscle and joint conditioning and building strength and coordination. Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills, and challenges. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities.
