Overlook at Brook Run residents have the opportunity to live in a two or three bedroom apartment community that offers dozens of modern amenities, including a modern clubhouse, a relaxing swimming pool, and a brand-new playground. In addition, residents gain convenient access to some of the best restaurants and shops in the greater Richmond area. We love pets! We accept most common domestic pets, such as dogs and cats. All pets require a one time fee per pet plus additional monthly pet rent. We allow a maximum of two pets per household with a 30lb weight restriction. Exotic, vicious and/or dangerous animals are not permitted.
