Paul keeps his energy and positivity going by making sure he gets his workouts on! Paul is a three time Ironman Triathlon finisher (That's a 1.4 mile ocean swim, followed by a 112 mile bike, followed by the 26.2 marathon run. Yes, all in the same day!)
