James called me a couple months ago. He was very knowledgeable, he was very professional and trying to get my business. He was consistent, but not like a typical aggravating sales person. When he did call or text, he wasn't always trying to sell me anything, he was trying to build a relationship. It allowed me to build trust in him. I didn't let him know that if I was going to renew the trademark that I was going to call him. I didn't want him to know because I wasn't for sure I was going to have him or even go after the trademark. Things changed in Action Krav Maga that allowed me to go ahead and allow the trademark to be re-filed. One; because of James. The frustrations that I had with USPTO regarding renewing my trademark of Action Krav Maga using another company that it wound up getting denied for a supposed conflict of name. James said, "Tony we can try it a different way. Do the logo with the name and this could change a lot of things; but there's no guarantee". He was being honest. I highly recommend anybody calling James to be their sales person. It would be good to call him as it would be very very good for you to do so. He filed for the new trademark and I was massively impressed with how he went about doing it and how he described everything by just things I have said. He followed what I told him that he put in the best professional way possible for reregistering Action Krav Maga.
