** HOLIDAY HOURS: All Patient Service Centres will be closed on December 25th, 26th and January 1st. All locations will close at NOON on December 24th and 31st. ** NOW ACCEPTING ALL WALK-INS AND BOOKED APPOINTMENTS. ** In order to provide continuing education for our staff, this location will be closed on the 4th Wednesday of every month @ 1:30pm.
