Dr Nosrati grew up in Calabasas, California and received his bachelor's degree in biological anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He then obtained his Doctorate degree from the California School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a three-year surgical residency program in South Orange County. He joined Artisan Foot and Ankle Specialists in 2012 with a special interest in sports medicine and diabetic limb salvage.
