We are a privately held company in Crozier, VA.
I provide individual and group therapy to adults and older teens with a variety of mental health concerns. I also work with equestrians to help with anxiety and performance anxiety. I use different modalities, including EMDR and ACT, as well as equine therapy. I work with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
