Welcome to Cool Water at Sonterra, a neighborhood designed to make everyday living both effortless and enjoyable. Located just off the I-35 in Jarrell, this community lets you zip to Georgetown or Round Rock in minutes, but still kick back like your hammock has a personal assistant. Think pools, trails, parks, and friendly faces around every corner. Go ahead-get your steps in, fire up the grill, and show off your cannonball skills at the splashpad. Cool Water is all about that good life.
