We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes cases involving commercial fraud, breach of contract, trade secrets, patent law, and more. We also have a whistleblower-side practice for litigation involving the False Claims Act and other federal agency programs. Our attorneys—seasoned litigators and former federal prosecutors—excel in trials of all kinds, with a proven record in jury trials nationwide. Contact us for a consultation.
