Tonie's RV was established in 1997 by Whetonia ""Tonie"" Canipe as an RV rental company. She prided herself on supplying her customers with an RV they could enjoy on their vacations. She did all of the maintenance herself and named her rental RVs after her family members.In October of 2000 she decided to transition the company to a parts and service center, and she continued to rent RVs for the next three years.
