When life threw another curveball and I couldn't go to the gym, mad muscles became my personal savior. I started with nothing but a mat and my ego. Three months later I had visible arm definition and actual discipline. The best part? Training at 11 PM in complete silence while the city sleeps.

Using Mad Muscles turned out to be much smarter than regular gym visits. I no longer depend on other people's schedules, crowded halls or someone occupying the equipment I need. The app gives me exactly what I need right now - the right exercises, correct technique and structured plan. This approach is more modern, efficient and suitable for real life.

The recipes in Mad Muscles are practical and family-friendly. Many can be prepared quickly. I like the variety, though sometimes the ingredients are a little pricey for everyday use.

I've been using the home bodyweight workouts for about two months and have really enjoyed them. The sessions are challenging, easy to follow, and fit well into my daily routine. I like that I can train at home without any equipment and still stay consistent with my workouts.

Hello!🌟We’re really glad the home bodyweight workouts have been working well for you and that they fit into your routine so smoothly. Staying consistent is one of the most important parts, and it sounds like you’ve built a solid habit.

cleanest fitness app UI ive ever used no cap everything is exactly where it should be, no random popups, no confusing menus. i can log a full workout in like 90 seconds. other apps should genuinely study this
Richard Davison responded to this review.
Hello Neal! 🙌🏻 Thanks a ton for the 'no cap' review! We built this specifically for people who want to focus on their gains, not on fighting the interface. 90 seconds for a full workout log is exactly the speed we were aiming for. Keep crushing it!🚀

I added the Mad Muscles tai chi sessions after reading about mobility work for strength athletes. The improvement in hip and shoulder mobility transferred directly into my squat and overhead pressing. My form improved measurably over 6 weeks. One star off because I'd like the tai chi content to be categorised by the mobility it targets - that would make it easier to programme strategically.

Hello Ava!☀️ Thank you so much for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re really happy to hear that the Tai Chi sessions helped improve your hip and shoulder mobility and that you noticed a positive transfer into your squat and overhead press performance. It’s wonderful to know the mobility work supported your form and overall training progress over time. We also truly appreciate your suggestion about categorizing Tai Chi content by mobility focus. That’s very valuable feedback, and we’ll share it with our team as we continue improving the experience and making programming more strategic and user-friendly.

at 51 on a program that actually made sense. The volume and intensity were appropriate for my age and recovery capacity. No wasted sessions, no guesswork. Just smart programming that delivered what it promised.
Richard Davison responded to this review.
Hello, Aurora!🌟That’s exactly how training should feel. Smart, sustainable, and built for real life — glad the program matched your recovery and helped you get results without the burnout!

Training 5 days a week in under 30 minutes each session. I used to think you needed 90-minute gym sessions to make progress. The efficiency of the programming here proved otherwise. Quality over quantity.
Richard Davison responded to this review.
Hello Erwin!☀️ Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We’re really happy to hear that the shorter workouts fit so well into your routine and helped change your perspective on training.
It’s wonderful to know the program showed you that consistency and quality can be just as powerful as long gym sessions. Wishing you continued strength, motivation, and amazing progress ahead!

App stopped recognising my completed workouts for two days - my streak was at risk. Support responded within a few hours, identified the sync issue, and pushed a fix. Streak saved. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that this kind of bug shouldn't have happened in the first place. But when it did, they handled it properly.
Richard Davison responded to this review.
Hello Rayne! ⚡ Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re really glad to hear that our support team was able to respond quickly and help resolve the syncing issue before it affected your progress. It’s great to know your streak was saved and that you felt properly supported during the situation.
We also sincerely understand your concern regarding the bug itself. You’re absolutely right that stability is important, and we’re continuously working on improving the app to prevent situations like this in the future. Your feedback helps us identify where we need to do better.
Thank you again for your honest review and patience. We truly appreciate your trust and are always here to support you whenever you need us. ❤️

I've been lifting for years but always winged my diet. Mad Muscles changed that. The meal plan is built around my actual training schedule - right macros on lifting days, lighter on rest days. The calorie guidance isn't generic either - it actually adjusts as your goal progresses.
Richard Davison responded to this review.
Hello Betti! ⚡ Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear that the meal planning finally brought structure to something that was previously more intuitive for you. Aligning macros with training and rest days can make a real difference, so it’s awesome that this approach feels tailored and practical in your routine.
Even better that the adjustments over time are helping you stay on track as your goals evolve. Consistency plus smart nutrition is a strong combination — keep going, you’re clearly using it the right way. 💪
