UV lamps and electronic air cleaners only do their job if they’re maintained. We check lamp age and replace bulbs on schedule—most drop off in effectiveness well before they burn out. For electronic cleaners, we remove cells, wash and dry them properly, and clean contacts so arcing and snapping don’t return the next day.
