Providing Enneagram, Brainspotting, and EMDR therapy, relationship counseling, anxiety counseling and therapy, and trauma therapy for women, healers, caregivers, and Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) who are exhausted by anxiety, guilt, or shame to create vibrant, fulfilling relationships and a life they truly love – both in person, in Los Gatos, and online throughout the state of California.
