Hello, I'm Ronda, the heart of Journey 2 Thriving and R & 2 Daughters Apothecary. I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopathic Practitioner, but more than that-- I'm someone who has walked the path of healing myself. I know what it feels like to be tired, overwhelmed, and unsure of what your body needs. That is why I am passionate about creating a supporting space where your evidence-based nutrition, herbal wisdom, and a whole lot of compassion to guide you toward vibrant, sustainable wellness--at your pace, on your terms .
