Therapy Smarts is a pediatric therapy clinic turning challenges into triumphs for children across the Triangle. We offer a comprehensive range of therapies across speech, physical, occupational, mental health, ABA services and psychological evaluations to help them meet and exceed their developmental milestones. We also offer services in both English & Spanish to address the needs of our culturally-diverse community.
