DR. JOSEPH C. YANG HAS BEEN PRACTICING DENTISTRY FOR OVER 30 YEARS. Dr. Joseph Yang grew up in a suburb of Chicago, IL. He earned his B.S. at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Subsequently, he received his D.D.S. from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Upon graduating, he began his 30-year career as a U.S. Naval Dental Officer. During his Navy career, Dr. Yang was chosen for a full-time out-service residency in Periodontology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Afterward, he was selected to serve as staff/program director at Bethesda Naval Medical Center for their Periodontology residency program. During his long Navy career, he received numerous personal commendations and awards. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology as well as a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Yang is frequently invited to lecture and train other dental professionals worldwide in the latest implant and periodontal procedures. His hobbies are golfing, skiing, and keeping up with his
