Early Learners Children’s Academy (ELCA Preschool) is a locally owned preschool and child care provider with three San Diego locations: Mira Mesa, Old Town, and Mission Valley. Since 1997, we’ve provided high-quality child care, infant care, and daycare with experienced, credentialed staff, an academically based curriculum, custom safety procedures, and ongoing staff training to ensure your child’s growth and well-being. Our programs support children from 6 weeks to 5 years, focusing on key developmental stages. We believe the first five years are critical for building strong foundations in learning, social skills, and emotional growth.
