Our compassionate therapists are trained in EMDR, and provide a whole-person approach to therapy. All of our therapists prioritize creating a comfortable, accepting and empathic environment, and specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, & adoption.
