The calorie tracking feature is convenient and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. Logging meals is quite fast, especially thanks to the photo scanner. I like getting daily overviews and seeing how my intake looks over the week. Sometimes the portion sizes need slight tweaking for better accuracy, but it still provides a good general picture of my calorie consumption. It's a helpful tool for anyone who wants to be more mindful about their eating habits.

The workout videos in UniMeal are made very professionally. Clear picture, slow motion technique demonstration, and voice cues. I've learned to perform many exercises correctly that I used to be afraid of (squats, push-ups, planks). After every session I have a nice feeling that I did everything with proper form.
