La Posada at Green Valley is a nonprofit Life Plan Community near Tucson offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, therapy, dining, wellness and enriching programs. La Posada at Green Valley, Arizona's first accredited Life Plan Community, is located in Sahuarita just 23 miles south of Tucson. We provide independent living, assisted living, memory care, and physical therapy for residents and the wider community.
