In 2005, Seven Mules LLC was founded by Michael and Holly Wagner in Medina, Ohio. The company is committed to providing safe, clean rental housing with locations in OH, TN and FL. Michael and his sister Monica, who are of Hungarian and German descent, grew up in the tenement housing district close to W. 25th St. in Cleveland, OH. From an early age, their parents motivated them to pursue entrepreneurship and to contribute positively to the lives of others! In 2017, Seven Mules LLC, the seventh member in their portfolio of LLC's, secured a substantial capital influx, partly due to Michael's song-licensing contracts and international touring sponsorship with Sony Music Publishing Corp. Japan. Legal expert Sonja Weibel negotiated real estate expansions with consultants at MillRiver Wealth Management in Concord, New Hampshire.
