Charleene's Houses is a premier design-build remodeling firm serving Northern Baltimore County, specializing in transforming homes through expert space planning and thoughtful design. Since 1999, licensed MHIC contractor Charleene Doverspike has led a talented team that helps families maximize their existing space—often avoiding costly additions through creative first-floor reconfigurations. We specialize in kitchen remodeling, first-floor renovations, home additions (including second-story and ADU/carriage house projects), and bathroom remodeling. Our design-first approach combines detailed 3D renderings, custom floor plans, and video walkthroughs to ensure clients see exactly what they're getting before construction begins.
