Terrible service. I see why the name of the company stays disclosed lol. I would too...Whatever lady running the front desk has a rude asss attitude as soon as she picks up. I'm asking about scheduling an appointment to retrieve my vehicle. Everything was processed and sent over and all I needed was an appointment. We recently got a snow, more so "ice" storm, a week if not more prior. Lady proceeds to tell me I'm unable to pick up my vehicle because there's another car parked behind mine and is unable to more due to the ice. Instead of being lazy and sitting around waiting for the ice to melt, they couldn't BEEN out there making a way for cars to get in and out. She then tells me she doesn't have a clue when I'll be able to get my vehicle and depends on if the owner for the other vehicle comes and gets theirs. What kind of business runs like this? Now I have a car just sitting in their lot and clearly there's nothing I can do about it.
