I am not even sure where to start... Unfortunately, we were planning our wedding during the peak of the covid lockdowns. This was a very uncertain time for us, and as a result we had to change our venue location. Ben was understanding and on board with this decision throughout the entire process. We came to the agreement that either Ben or one of his professional photographers would be available for half of the day due to a downsized wedding. After the wedding, I reviewed the contract to find out when I would receive my wedding photos. The contract states that it would take "8-12" weeks to receive photos back. After the 90th day of patiently waiting for the photos, I followed up with Ben.... He first read and didn't respond to two of my messages. Then, he did not even attempt to open my follow up messages. I had to reach out to the person he sent to take my photos in order for him to even respond. Several weeks later I sent a few more messages, he would read them and just simply not respond... I was ignored 5 different times. Today, Jan 8th I received my pictures!!!! How exciting..... Well I thought. I am in tears over these pictures. I am not exaggerating when I say that there is not a SINGLE picture that I will have printed or even framed for memories of this special day. Most of these photos ended up being blurry, barely edited, and are actually worse in quality than the photos my father took on his iPhone. I am in the process of scheduling another session with a different photographer so that we can have photos that are worthy enough to frame in our home. Overall, I don't see how this experience could have been any worse. I am just heartbroken with the results... We have no quality pictures to remember our wedding day. What a way to end 2020.... Also, this is the only website I could find that I was able to put a review on.. Isn't that a little sketchy? His Facebook does not allow reviews and neither does his personal website.
