I've had a very bad experience with SRT from the very start. The communication was very poor. The product (replacement leg) attachment was also extremely poor and inadequate, looking as if a grade school student glued it together in which there was NO WAY I could even wear clothes with it. The leg was just not functional at all. Because of all of this I could not accept the leg and canceled my appointment. I called SRT to tell them that I was going in a different direction and would not accept it. However, even though I did not receive the leg SRT still falsely billed my insurance company as if I did and now I have to get these, what I consider to be fraudulent charges, straightened out. SRT is very unprofessional with second rate service at best. I'm extremely disappointed. I DO NOT recommend them. Do yourself a favor. If you're ever in a similar situation go to a true professional.
