I am giving a 1 star for this contractor due to the final job and interactions with the business owner On 11/23/2019 Allstate synthetic came to install K-9 turf at my home. Why K9 turf? You guessed it's because i have two dogs. I paid what i felt was overpriced but the installation of turf was a fabulous idea in my case and still is. I've been a homeowner since 2002 and I've done quite a bit of work thru the years and the choice of this contractor was by far the worst decision. The day after installation (1 day) the turf started coming up and the corners and seams, one week later it started coming up again in different areas, days later it started coming up once again in new areas. Mike begrudingly came twice, after the second repair and a heated conversation I was informed that there would be no more repairs. I was going to take Mr. Bono to small claims court but i felt the best way to feel satisfaction would be to advise potential future customers about my interactions, my experience and lack of workmanship.
