Honestly, if I could leave no stars, that would be more accurate. A YEAR ago I hired this company to re-sod my front and back yard after repairing/replacing my irrigation system. Most of the work was completed but one small but important part was left undone. Over the subsequent months, I received many songs and dances from both the owner (Joe) and company voice (Ronnie) about how they would come back and attend to the unfinished task. This is especially true regarding Ronnie who claimed he was the better one for customer service. Recently, I reached out to address the unaddressed task again. Ronnie made a LOT of promises and claimed he would follow up on the matter with Joe. He told me they don't do residential anymore but that it was right to complete the job at my house. Do you know that meant he just ended up blocking my number? I know how to " star-67" a number. He answered when I called this way, and when I politely asked if I could speak to Ronnie, he made a weird noise and hung up. Yeah, that's amazing customer service. Really professional. Hire these guys, and they'll love taking your money but be warned that though they may do the job, it won't be done well.
