I bought the house 1.5 years ago. At the end of the first year i sent my "Year end warranty report" to the builder, Ben Galvin. The guy was supposed to come back and fix all the things from that report, but fixed only few. Not returning my calls or emails. Sneaky guy all that i can say about him. Be careful when dealing with him. If your warranty fixes not done by the 11th month file the claim with CCB.
