My husband paid him for 2 services and he did the one and said he didn't have time for the second cause he had church to attend and never came back, never showed, avoided calls, said he had a family emergency and kept lying. He said one day he'd come out and waited hours and never showed. He is a con artist. Don't trust this man.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I was working with Steve Montgomery for several months with glass replacement and/ore repairs at homes. Unfortunately there was a problem at a home located at 405 Cody Hill Cv Nashville, TN 37211. Steve used reclaimed glass at a home. He made the owners wait hours and then did not show up He kept promising he would make corrections but kept coming up with excuses. He stated he would do what was right and refund my money but he did not. He said he was going out of town, he lied and said he was in West TN and then when he stopped answering my calls I contacted his wife - because he told me someone was sick - then neither of them proceeded to help in anyone. He told me I was harassing them but how do you harass someone for money owed to you? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! He professes to be a heeled addict of God just trying to do the right thing and he's not done the right thing at all. He does shady business and will not correct his actions. His response was to work off the debt. I advised him this was not possible since he had disappeared and would not answer the phone. I was willing to work out things if he paid for the problem he caused, I had 3 additional jobs lined up for him since he said he was a god fearing man.
