Gene and his apprentice (?) were excellent. It was neat actually listening to him team the underlying about my bathroom faucet install, he also addressed my concerns about replacing galvanized pipes with copper ones by kindly informing me that since my home was built in the 80s it was already copper (blonde moment?), the front main valve was also replaced. He cleaned up after the job or he is fastidiously neat while they worked because I couldn't tell they were there. It was like a magician just magically waived a wand. They were punctual and very polite. I peppered Gene with some secondary project questions regarding possibility and his capability to snake some sewer lines (he doesn't do, understandably I know why). He was responsive to my calls, he is slightly booked out but I see that as a sign that he's good at what he does. No complaints plan to use The Plumber moving forward. Highly recommend.
