We used James Construction & Remodeling and its been the biggest mistake we have ever made. They were to build us a full bathroom addition. The plumbing failed the inspection. The plumbing inspector stuck a sign up to STOP work. Then after consulting with many plumbers we were advised not to make it a bathroom that pipes would freeze. Then structure failed inspection. So we are now having a contractor fix all the mistakes as per building inspector. There is alot to be done and in the end it will be an expensive closet. Very expensive. But we certainly have learned alot. They never cleaned up. Hit my neighbors mailbox. My neighbor joked that they would come late and sit in vehicle and talk on phone. My review is based on facts and I have documentation.
