After having sourced a number of roofing companies in the area, Upper Level Construction appeared to be a good fit. The initial meeting (which took place several hours beyond the originally scheduled time) yielded a preliminary assessment requiring roof repair and/or possible replacement. Once the dialogue, included working collaboratively with the insurance company to support the findings, Upper Level Construction stopped all communication. It is extremely disappointing to attempt to work with businesses that share their desire to bring a resolution to your challenges, only to know they are incapable of meeting minimum customer service standards. I would not recommend.
