Bad customer service and poor return policy. The shop gives "free" items with a purchase but then requires that the free item be returned if the item is returned, so beware of giving gifts from that store, if the recipient wants to return it, even if they have the receipt. It is very tacky to label something "free" and then not honor returns with a receipt unless the "free" item is brought back also. The staff is rude and have a bad attitude. Shop someplace else.
