Especially as we age or become weaker (following disease or injury) it is easy for gravity and less than ideal habits to create imbalances in our structure. Rolfing realigns the body. Hands-on manipulation will use your nervous system to reorganize your structure and get rid of old or unnecessary holding patterns. These tensions often create pain, discomfort or lack of flexibility.
