My mother and I recently ate at the Biaggi's Naperville location. We arrived shortly before closing because we were unaware the hours were reduced due to covid. Because we arrived late, there were some items they were unable to provide during the meal due to the grills being shut off. However, I want to highly compliment our server named Georgia and the manager named George. Both are fairly new employees who have only been there a few months. We were never rushed and were treated with a wonderful and relaxing dining experience. They were both very accommodating, apologetic, and went above and beyond. It ia rare to find customer service that excellent in today's world. The food was delicious as well. I would like for cooperate to know how excellent George and Georgia were. We will definitely be returning.
