I called them on Friday morning to set up an appointment to come check out my duct work. I told them that the air conditioner was blowing cold air so I knew that was not the problem. I also told them that you could remove the cover to my crawl space and it was very cold under my house. I was pretty sure that it was a problem with my duct work. They sat an appointment for 9 - 12 on Saturday. They later called me back and changed it to 2 - 4. On Saturday 4 came and went and they had not shown up nor called me to say they were running late. I called them at 4:30 and was told that they were in fact running late and that they would call me 30 minutes before arriving. They did not call and I was told that they must have my number wrong. Remember they called to change the appointment. They would not even look at my duct work they only check the AC unit and told me that it was running fine. I know that. That is why I set up an appointment for my duct work. I was rudely told that there are people that do not have AC at all right now and that I would have to call and make an appointment for an estimate for the duct work and that they were still going to charge me $70 for coming out today. Bad business do not use.
