TO ALL CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: The owners of this company, Ben and Margie Ruscoe, have knowingly charged a total of $19,968 from my mother using two separate accounts, and have yet to pay her back. The first transaction was out of her FNB bank account on December 26, 2023 for $2,808.00, which they were not authorized to use as a payment account. The other FIVE charges were from both her FNB bank account and her Capital One card. They verbally and repeatedly promised to pay her back with at least FIVE texts combined from both owners to drop a check at her house. The last text was from Ben on March 8th saying he would be at her house at 2:00 PM with a check. Again, he failed to show and has yet to communicate further. This is deplorable and shows their utter lack of integrity. My mother is widowed and elderly and they have preyed on her kindness and trust. This very stressful situation has taken a toll on her emotionally and caused unnecessary anxiety. This review serves as a warning to all current and potential customers that Ben and Margie Ruscoe might knowingly falsely charge payment methods you trust them with and knowingly leave you to sort it out yourselves. A 1 Star rating is the lowest rating allowed by Manta, but this business deserves a ZERO.
