This guy is a joke. He came to my house to fix a bracket. Not only did he not fix it he zapped the motherboard, which is on backorder. Now nothing works on it. Whirlpool sent him and I told them I do not want him back in my house. My microwave/ air fryer worked perfectly before he showed up. I had to buy a counter top one in the mean time which is what he told me to do. Have no idea when it's going to be fixed.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option!! The only reason we had this joker come out was because he works with whirlpool. Came out 3 different times and "had no idea," told me "There is no way water leaks from there," after refusing the last service because he "couldn't do anything," my 13 year old son searched YouTube trouble shooting our fridge model and found the problem and solution in a matter of 30 mins at most. Unless you have no other choice because this is the labor though your manufacturer DO NOT call this guy. You are better off with the internet and a savvy teenager!
