MIRANDA LANE
Chase is unprofessional to say the least. He was sent to my house by my warranty company on friday only to have him diagnose the problem as the oil pump on my furnace. Left and said he had to get a pump, called and said pump was out of stock until Monday (even though we called another supply house who had one for same price nearby, he refused to come back until monday. My husband took off work to be home monday for Chase to come back and then he wouldnt return our calls, so we called the warranty company and they called him and he told them he wasnt coming back out to fix it today.... What a waste of time!!!
